"For diners who like variety, this isn't the steakhouse where you agonize over whether to order the ribeye or filet. Keep the card green and the meat keeps coming."
Via Brasil's full Rodízio Dinner is currently $65.99 per adult and includes continuous tableside service featuring 19 cuts and preparations of beef, pork, lamb, poultry and seafood, plus unlimited access to the restaurant's 50-plus-item Chef’s Table.
Standouts include picanha, filet mignon, ribeye, prime rib, beef rib, flank steak, tri-tip, garlic steak, lamb, linguiça sausage, pork ribs, salmon and shrimp. Traditional sides such as pão de queijo, farofa, fried bananas, black beans, rice, grilled asparagus and yucca round out the experience.
The picanha deserves special attention. This Brazilian-style sirloin cut repeatedly appears among dishes mentioned by diners, along with lamb chops, tri-tip, shrimp and garlic steak. Recent review sources also show guests calling out the variety and quality of meats rather than treating the salad bar as an afterthought.
Every full Rodízio includes access to a Chef’s Table with more than 50 selections. Expect fresh salads and vegetables alongside seafood, ceviche, artisan cheeses, charcuterie, soups, hot dishes and Brazilian specialties such as feijoada, coxinha, hearts of palm and pão de queijo.
There is also a Chef’s Table-only option for $35.99, making Via Brasil considerably more workable when a group includes someone who isn't interested in an endless parade of steak.
Via Brasil's Rodízio Brunch is currently $35.99 per adult on Saturdays and Sundays. It includes 10 tableside cuts along with the Chef’s Table and live stations preparing omelets, waffles, crepes and pancakes.
Bottomless mimosas, bellinis and Bloody Mary-style brunch drinks are available as an add-on, with Via Brasil's current website listing the bottomless option at $25 per adult.
For families, brunch pricing is currently $19.99 for ages 7–12, $9.99 for ages 5–6, while children 4 and younger eat free from the Rodízio meal.
Via Brasil also has a substantial bar and patio menu. Current published happy-hour pricing includes pão de queijo and zucchini frites for $5, coxinha and picanha smash sliders for $10, picanha skewers and blackened salmon for $17, and ribeye for $22. Cocktails include a $7.50 caipirinha, $10 Brazilian Crush and flavored mojitos, with select wine at $7.50 and beers at $5.
Happy Hour is offered in the bar and patio Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to close and Saturday and Sunday from 5–8 p.m.
There's another worthwhile weekly promotion: OpenTable currently lists 50% off bottles of wine on Tuesdays, generally during dinner hours.
One of Via Brasil's strongest current offers is its free Passport Rewards program. New members receive a $25 welcome credit, earn one point for each eligible dollar spent and can work toward complimentary brunches and dinners. The program also includes a complimentary birthday Rodízio dinner for qualifying members within seven days before or after their birthday.
The restaurant notes that some rewards cannot be combined and holiday or special-event restrictions may apply, so diners should check the terms before arriving.
A clarification is important here: Via Brasil does not currently have a perfect 5.0 Google average. Current tracking sources place its Google rating at approximately 4.4 stars with more than 2,300 ratings. What it does have is a substantial number of individual five-star Google reviews.
Those high-scoring reviews tend to repeat several themes: friendly and attentive service, staff remembering returning diners, generous portions, good meat quality and a dining format that works particularly well for birthdays, family gatherings and private events. Recent Google reviewers have also praised the happy-hour food, salad bar and event staff.
Recent verified OpenTable feedback follows much the same pattern. Diners have singled out brunch for its quality and quantity, while another recent guest specifically praised the asparagus risotto, Happy Hour menu and friendly bar service.
Not every review is flawless. Some diners have reported slower meat circulation during extremely busy periods and occasional inconsistencies between cuts. That makes reservations and pacing particularly important on weekends and holidays.
Overall, the positive sentiment centers on selection, service and experience rather than simply how much food you can eat.

Via Brasil Steakhouse earns its place on the Summerlin dining radar because it offers something beyond a standard steak dinner. Between the tableside carving, 19 dinner cuts, sprawling Chef's Table, legitimate weekend brunch and surprisingly approachable Happy Hour menu, diners can experience the restaurant at several different price points.
Go all-in at $65.99 for dinner when you're celebrating. Try the $35.99 weekend brunch when value matters. Or grab the bar menu and a caipirinha when you're not prepared to challenge 19 cuts of meat to a duel.
Either way, arrive hungry. The green side of that Rodízio card can get ambitious very quickly.
